Volunteers Needed

SAFE ENVIRONMENT

Many years ago, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee had established a “Safe Environment” protocol for the protection of all of God’s children.
Each parish within the diocese was asked to enroll all volunteers in the awareness and guidance program established.
In following the program, all parish volunteers must be Safe Environment Certified.

Please go to milwaukee.cmgconnect.org to login into your Catholic Mutual Group Connect Account to complete your renewal ASAP.

If you have forgotten if you’re in compliance, need help with login credentials or no longer want to be considered as an active parish volunteer please contact Steven Torres, DRE, & Safe Environment Coordinator, [email protected] Thank you.

You’re Invited to Be a Catechist!

We need catechists and helpers for the 2021-2022 school year! Classes begin in September and run through mid-April.

As a catechist, you’ll plan and teach classes throughout the year. You’ll have tremendous amounts of resources (printed, digital and human) at your fingertips to help you along the way.

St. Stephen’s and the Archdiocese of Milwaukee are absolutely committed to the safety of our students.

All those who work with children in any capacity (even as volunteers) must meet the requirements of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, including attending mandatory safe environment training.

We know you may have questions or concern’s; we’ve heard a lot of them over the years. Let us ease your concerns.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a catechist.
