Resources to Help during the COVID 19 Coronavirus

Saint Anthony the Great, Patron of those affected by infectious diseases, Pray for Us!

Public celebration of Mass is still pending permission from the Archdiocese.  Special instructions and restrictions may apply.  Please check our St. Stephen website for all future updates.  Think Spring!

This necessary, but unfortunate, directive leaves us with a deep longing for Christ in the Eucharist. While nothing can replace the Eucharist, the Office of Worship at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee has compiled a list of online resources to help you remain spiritually nourished during this time.

Please join us for Sunday Mass on FOX6 every week!

Starting Sunday, April 19, FOX6 News Milwaukee will be broadcasting Sunday Mass LIVE EVERY SUNDAY at 11 a.m. during this time when individual parish Masses are suspended. Every Sunday will be LIVE from The Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Milwaukee.

For all who cannot attend Mass, please make an act of Spiritual Communion:

“My Jesus, I believe that  you are present in the Blessed Sacrament. I love you above all things and I desire you with all my heart. Since I cannot now receive  you sacramentally, I ask you to come spiritually into my heart. I embrace you as if you were already in my heart and I unite myself wholly to you. never permit me to be separated from you. Amen.”

St. Alphonsus, modified

Leave Quarantine Closer to Christ

Our days in isolation due to the pandemic will come to an end. When they do, will you emerge weaker or stronger in your faith?

Choose to use the month of May in order to come out stronger. In these 30 days, rather than dwelling on what we might be missing, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee invites us to focus on Jesus, giving one percent of each day in prayer (that's 15 minutes) and living out your prayer by doing one concrete action to grow in love for God and neighbor.
