Family Life Center Committee
The FLC was established in 1993 as an outreach of St. Stephen Church. While established by a Christian organization the Center is run in a secular/non-religious manner. Policies were set in place to designate it as a family resource center using the best practices of the Children’s Trust Fund of Madison and Family Support of Chicago.
The Family Life Center is located at 1441 West Oakwood Road, Oak Creek, WI.
The FLC's Mission
The Center is committed to
promoting healthy family life for the families
of our neighborhood by:
providing a nurturing, supportive non-threatening environment for growth
empowering families to advocate for themselves and become resources for others
collaborating with available community resources
continually listening to participants and responding to their needs.
